Teresa Mason has been involved in Partner Dancing since she became a certified instructor in 1974. She is a former United States Champion Competitor whose titles include United States Rising Star Standard, Fred Astaire National Champion in both Latin and Standard, and winner of the prestigious "Breakers" competition in Palm Beach Florida. Her teaching is accredited by the prestigious Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance.

In 1982 she began producing Instructional videos. Her national line of instructional DVDs are considered the "most popular" by Barnes and Noble, amazon.com and ProDance Video. Her bestselling DVD series, "Do You Want To Dance" is now available.

Teresa opened her first school of dance in 1998 and continues to operate Dance Arts in Houston Texas, home to Top Professionals that Share the Beauty of Ballroom to couples of all ages.

Her vision for "The Magic of Ballroom" is to Celebrate the Joy of Love and Romance through Music, Motion and Song. The classic themes of Attraction, Passion, Instinct and Fun, combined with music from around the world, beautiful costumes, and performers at the top of their game.
